A bonus of these books for me is the fact it is set in the area of Tennessee my family is from. I had relatives that lived in Johnson City, Greeneville and Knoxville. I liked this book, but then again I like Joe Dillard and family. This is a fast reader and keeps your attention. The people seem to come to life I like his style of writing. I would recommend this book to all my friends. You can usually figure out what's going to happen but you don't care cause the books fun to read.
Both conflict of Interest and Blood Money are exciting and keep your interest. Chapters are not very lengthy, allowing you to put down book if other needs arise.
This series has evolved nicely and can be easily thought of as being real.
Once again Joe Dillard displays talents that support truth, justice, and the American Way even if the means are not exactly legal. You just have love this guy.
While some people are off binging on tv shows, I am busy binge reading Scott Pratt's books on the Joe Dillard story line, and I am seriously hooked. I cannot put them down. I have even been late to business because I am close to the end of another book. I am going to be very upset when I have no more books to go. Please write more.
I think now that I have finished this set I have read 5 of this series. I won't stop until I have read them all and then will anxiously await the next one. Each book is very different and the cast of central characters. It is interesting to see how these characters develop. I think I skipped book #3 and I will read it next.

Best author!!! This is important to me as I'm an avid reader and will definitely continue to read all of his books! All of his characters are so interesting, that I want to continue reading and be a part of their lives! Scott intertwines his characters flawlessly throughout each interesting story ( they are all interesting ) ! I haven't put his books
